one of the best hotels in Da Nang
We had a wonderful stay at Voco. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of delicious options. The rooftop offers beautiful sea view and the room was very comfortable and cozy. You can also enjoy massage at spa upstairs. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Staff here is very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Henry from the concierge team who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. He really made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel !!
An incredible hotel with the kindest and most wonderful people
This was my second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, I was absolutely amazed by the incredible level of service, warmth, and hospitality.
There is one story that perfectly describes how special this hotel truly is: during my stay last year, I accidentally left my vaccination certificate behind. When I returned an entire year later and asked about it, the staff found it within just ten minutes! I honestly could not believe it. That kind of care and attention is something I have never experienced anywhere else.
What makes this hotel so extraordinary is the genuine, almost family-like atmosphere. You never feel like you are simply a guest — you feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The housekeeping team is absolutely wonderful. Our room was always perfectly clean, and the incredible sculptures they created from towels were such a beautiful and thoughtful surprise. You could really feel how much heart they put into their work.
The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, with an amazing selection and wonderful service. Every morning, you are welcomed with a smile. In fact, everywhere you go in this hotel, someone is smiling at you and making you feel welcome.
The reception team is simply fantastic. The breakfast staff, the bell staff carrying your luggage, the housekeeping team — every single person we met was incredibly kind, attentive, warm-hearted, and genuinely friendly.
My wife was just as impressed as I was. She told me that she had never experienced this level of service and such genuine friendliness in a hotel before.
The atmosphere, the service, the food, the rooms and, most importantly, the people make this place truly unforgettable. For us, this is much more than just a hotel in Vietnam. It is a place filled with wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
I can recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart to anyone visiting Vietnam.
To the entire team: thank you for making our stay so special once again. I will truly miss all of you and your beautiful smiles. ❤️

Execellent highly recommend and definitely book breakfast into your stay .
Excellent location right across from beach. The hotel is spotless . Beds super comfy .Great facilities roof too bar and restaurant . Special mention to the breakfast team Ken,Khoa mary who look after us very attentive and nothing is too much trouble This hotel has great staff and will go the extra mile to help you have the most wonderful relaxing experience . Recommend booking through IHG website and take advantage of all the reward extras you get as the hotel will try to accomodate them all . Thank you team for our stay we will be back xx
Incredible stay!
I had an incredible stay at voco Ma Belle Danang. We did an event here with a group from different countries and everyone was super happy. We received a lot of supports from the hotel staff, especially Ms. Nhi who ensured that we our event went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!
