This hotel offers greatly stuffs beyond my, expectation, the atmosphere is fantastic, the location is just next to the old town minutes walk away, the breakfast is way better than many 5 stars hotels.  Hilary Anna who recept us on our arriving, and offered all the helpwe have asked, super friebdly and calm. I will definitely choice this  place to stay if I come back to Hoi An again. 酒店怀旧的建筑和方便的地理位置吸引了我们的眼球，然后抱着试一试的心态预定了这个酒店，没想到出乎意料的惊喜，不仅地位置优越，整个酒店怀旧的建筑风格，惊艳的早餐，还有热情的员工都让我们感觉回到了家。 尤其要感谢Hilary Anna, 她从一开始接待我们入住直到我们离开都给于了极大的帮助，耐心解答了所有疑问，再次感谢她的帮助。如果下次我们来会安，一定还会选这里

A place with everything you need

This would have been a 5/5 rating minus an unexpected incident at checkout. Still, this place is a gem!!  We loved it.  Love the tiles, service, spa, room decor, pool, everything!  We had two connecting junior suites and it worked out great!  Super spacious, loved the bananas, beautiful balcony. The bathtub was wonderful too! 
Buffet was good, restaurant menu was great!  Massage was incredible!  
Like I said, loved the little touches and this place is charming and full of character. 
I am taking one point away because at checkout, when they checked the room, they kept asking if I took the laundry bag?!  No, I did not take your laundry bag!  I ordered two full bags of laundry to be done, and they were done well and paid for. If housekeeping didn’t replenish the bags, and I didn’t check, it’s not my fault. I did not feel like they should have kept asking me for it, and they should have checked the records (I had just checked out so they should know) that I paid for laundry service.  Not fun having someone keep asking you if you took their laundry bag. Why would I want that and lie? 
Still, wonderful place!  Wish that last experience didn’t happen.

Charming, full of character. Beautiful hotel hidden in Hoi An

Previously stayed at another hotel in the Little chain and wanted to up the experience as this time we were travelling in a family group. Allegro didn't disappoint! Chose it as it was the closest of the Little hotels to the Old Town, and we were planning to walk around more. It took us about 7 minutes to walk to the edge of the Old Town, and another 5 minutes to the river.

Check-in was fast & fuss-free, and we got all our 3 rooms on the same floor along the same corridor. They had balconies which all overlooked the pool, which was probably the best view, as the rest of the directions basically faced residential apartments. Night view of the pool with the lit lanterns overhead was the best.

The room was spacious, and a little sofa with table at one corner was a good place to sit & read / surf. The bathroom was large, and the cupboards had double doors, which could be accessed from both the bathroom & main room. Made it sort of like a walk-in wardrobe. Large umbrellas & slippers were provided.

One thing to watch out for is that they leave the body lotion in a bottle next to the sink. It can be mistaken for liquid soap, given it's placing and shape. There is actually a round bar soap for handwashing. Power sockets take both flat & round 2 pin plugs, and the light switches have a small faint light when off so that you can see it in the dark.

Nancy, Sam & Mica were some of the hosts we encountered, and each one of them was prompt & responsive in arranging transport and providing info. We took a car from the hotel to go into Da Nang, and they helped keep in touch & did the liaison with the driver.

The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to An Bang beach, where they have a link with one of the beachside restaurants (The Deck House), and the shuttle bus timings aren't that frequent, so you will have to time your trip there & back.

Overall a great place to chill out in Hoi An, with reasonable prices and great service.

Superb service - Vietnam style!

This hotel is a little gem in Hoi An. Very close to the old town without the fuss and the noise of it, you can cycle to the beach if you want to (about 20 minutes but you will have the opportunity to get a coffee on the way) and lots of good restaurants nearby (cheap and medium budget).
The hotel is really stunning, liked the atmosphere and the decor, the room was immaculate and you are really feeling like being in Vietnam. The breakfast is amazing, first time ever that I had a full salad breakfast as each of the salads on display was just calling my name. 
The staff is very attentive, always helping with some tips (local restaurants/street food location), making the whole experience very soothing and relaxing. Particular mention to Tapie who was so helpful and kind, with her perfect French, so a big thumb up for her. 
The pool was more than welcome any time of the day (morning before breakfast, late afternoon after a long walk in the town or when back from the beach). Talking about beach, do know that they have a free shuttle going from the hotel to the Deck House at specific time. If you fancy a bit of exercise, you can cycle to the beach (bicycles are available, depending on your holiday package, they might be for free).
To summarise, that was a wonderful experience and during the 4 nights we stayed there, we completely forget about time, just enjoying the moment and the place. A definite recommendation for anyone who would like to have a very deserved break while in Vietnam.

Little gem in Hoi An, I won't stop recommend this hotel

Very nice boutique hotel with very good buffet breakfast. Hoi An tailor shops offer best value for designer clothing. The banh mi and cao lao are the best. Staff in Allegro are friendly and helpful.  Good value for money. We will return to do more sightseeing.
