Pool

This is our favourite place to stay in Hoi An...can't beat the location, service, breakfast, room size, comfy mattress, pillows and amazing shower pressure....for the price. We were very happy with rooms 505, 507 and 602 pool view second floor...there are no elevators, so if you need ground floor...it is easy to access pool area and restaurant. Cable TV, room safe, small fridge, dressing gowns, slippers and 2 x large umbrellas were all appreciated. There are drinks supplied in mini bar and a small mini mart and laundry across the road when needed. Breakfast selection is way more than we needed and main dishes are changed daily, manicured gardens, river boat pulls up at the jetty and an easy walk to night markets and over the bridge into the old town. 💕
The only suggestion I would make is that the hotel finds a way to reduce the plastic waste of 2 x small water bottles provided each day in every room...I provide a big refillable water bottle on tap in Bali and this can easily be added to the cost of each room and no need for any small bottles...just a couple of glasses and tourists will bring their own drinking bottles to fill each day. 😊

The hotel are staff are outstanding the rooms are very comfortable the hotel is very clean staff are very friendly and helpful the food is very good for dinner and breakfast the pool is in a fantastic spot overlooking the river will definitely be back

Amazing hotel

This is our third time to Hoi An and by far the best hotel. Situated within walking distance to the old town, with abundance of choice of restaurants, bars etc.
With happy hour from midday to 20:00hrs it's hard to move from relaxing by the pool and speaking to the staff especially Tuan and Hung who made this stay memorable.
Where already planning our next visit to Hoi An and can confidently say we will be back at Emerald Riverside Resort.

Amazing place with amazing staff

The Hotel has everything you need for a short or longer stay and I would highly recommend to couples or families 

Location is perfect at the back of the old town. Lovely pool overlooking the river with happy hour cocktails and beer all day. Would visit again when in Hoi An.

Amazing Location and Hotel

i had the most amazing time at the emerald, very clean rooms nice food and good complimentary breakfast, huge pool, lovely gardens !! very very helpful/ friendly staff (tuan and ladies at front desk were lovely!)  best location overlooking the river. and only a 5 minute walk from amazing shops restaurant etc definitely highly recommend staying here, i will certainly be back ! :)
