We have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world but none come close to the service at the Four Seasons Nam Hai. It's like paradise on Earth.
On arrival we were greeted by what seemed like the whole reception staff all greeting us by name. I don't know how to explain this but it felt like you are just floating around. From the car straight to a buggy then to the villa to check in. no waiting and no fussing. We were given a one bedroom pool beach Villa which felt like your own. The entrance alone was breath taking. If I list everything this villa had I would be here till tomorrow but the huge pool and and daily landscaped gardens provided our own oasis of bliss. All grounds are well maintained and bikes are provided to help you get around should you need it. The kids club was well appointed with even a PS5 to keep the little ones occupied. 
What really sets this resort apart is the staff who all seem to enjoy what they are doing and takes pride in their work. I haven't seen anything like this before. I have to give special mention to Thuy our breakfast server who was always smiling and went out of her way to make sure we always started our day well. Then the amazing Ngoc our villa attendant who made our stay the most unforgettable always on hand to provide anything we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that our 10 year anniversary was enjoyable. Lastly Heip. What an amazing human being. From the moment we arrived he was on hand to ensure that everything was running smoothly and couldn't do enough for us. Four Season should be proud of these individuals and if you could bottle them up and sell them the world would be a better place. I've never been sad to leave a resort but they made me actually sad to be leaving. I will be back one day soon i hope.

Heaven on Earth

Amazing and our villa was top notch. We highly recommend for couples.  Our hospitality attendant was fabulous.  We loved everything about our stay here.  Going to Hoi A was so much fun to shop and get lost in the streets. Highly recommend the private cooking class as well.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort  the villa was beautiful and so big , we had an upgrade to a beach villa , thank you 😊, the staff were wonderful and polite and very attentive, the breakfast was fabulous, our butler tong was so helpful he was great , thank you four seasons for a delightful stay  

Amazing stay

I have worked in luxury hospitality for 35 years and can count less than a handful of experiences that were as enjoyable and well executed. The staff is exceptional, the rooms in tip top condition for the age of the hotels and all restaurants were excellent. Choose a Hilltop Pool Villa. You won’t regret the mild premium over a regular room.

A hidden gem in SE Asia

My extended family and I had the most magical stay in the Three Bed Room Hilltop suite.  The service is exceptional throughout.  We want to thank Trang, our butler, for taking such great care of us.  She gently nudged us towards better decisions about the timing of excursions.  She prepped the most delicious mangosteens that awaited our return.  She remembered to put the unopened champagne back in the fridge and re-ice it for another afternoon.  She made sure we were comfortable and felt special and pampered.  Also, we appreciated Marco Minoletti, Guest Experience Manager, for the arranging our excursions.  It did not go unnoticed that he personally saw to every departure in the morning.  And the Vespas Foodie Tour he recommended turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime not just for the kids but also for my aunt, who had so much fun, and had never been on a motorcycle in her 70+ years.  The Vespa tour guide told us that the Four Seasons tour is specially curated for FS guests, and that the hotel reminds them every time on booking that their guests are VIPs.  lol.

I can go on and on, but I think I will leave some space for people to discover the magic themselves.
