We had 6 nights at the Koi Resort, our 3rd time there. The facilities and staff were excellent. We could not fault it, and did not want to go home. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and the staff arranged a lovely birthday cake, a display on our bed with flower petals and a thoughtful message in a birthday card. We would like to return again one day.

Excellent Stay at the Koi Resort

Koi Resort & Spa Hotel was perfect for our stay in Vietnam so much so that we returned a few days  later after our initial stay to complete the remainder of our holiday in Vietnam – The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained & gorgeous to the eye - We stayed in a Lagoon view room overlooking the water, the rooms & buildings were exactly as we anticipated very luxurious and in keeping with Vietnamese traditional design which is why we chose this hotel. Breakfast & Restaurant food was superb. Staff were also very impressive from Check-in / Restaurant / Cleaning / Pool & Security - they make this resort an ideal place to stay unlike other impersonal multi storey soulless chain hotels. Although the hotel was full for a conference during our stay, it still maintained a serene peaceful atmosphere and never felt busy or overcrowded. 
I would also like to commend My  - Guest Relations  for making our stay absolutely perfect and one of our best hotel experiences, she was attentive, professional and happy to try and ensure all our needs were met. Always had time to chat and smile - Total 5* all the way

Beautiful & Fantastic Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff’s friendliness and hospitality were remarkable, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyable experience. The resort’s beauty, coupled with impeccably clean rooms, left a lasting impression. Bonus: short ride to the middle of the town. My only regret is that our tour package didn’t allow a longer stay here. I have no complaints and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful stay location with great food choices

We originally had a booking at a hotel down the road, but when we drove past Koi we knew we had to stay there! Completely took our breath away and exceeded all expectations! All of the staff were unbelievably helpful, the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and so well kept. There is a beautiful separate pool for adults only right by the spa, inclusive of gym and wellness centre too!
