The staffs are very hospitable, helpful and the food options were amazing. The staff Linh really looks out well. The pancakes and pastries were exceptionally good. The ambiance and music were very welcoming.

Hotel Gallery rooms are clean and tidy. The staffs are very welcoming and are ever ready to help. I am grateful I chose.

Linda is great and friendly and staffs in restaurant are good ‘the food is good,wiew nice and room is comfortable ,the staff in hotel is friendly.The hotel is nice and near old town.We come in Hoi An new time

Linda was a very helpful supervisor.
We enjoyed the breakfast!  I was spoiled with all the food.
Room was very comfortable.  
Leo was very helpful and friendly.

Could be better. Big bedroom with a good bathroom - but limited linen with only one medium size towel each. More were quickly provided upon request.
A comfortable bed but poor storage areas.
Breakfast was good-average.
Easy walking distance to Old Town

OK but could be better

We arrived later in the evening and something wasn't right, the next day I realised that we were in the wrong hotel as there are 3 Le Pavilions in Hoi An.
The first room was very well furnished, large comfortable bed, small balcony, lovely bathroom, but no shower as I had requested.
I asked to be moved and we were, but although the room had a shower, it wasn't as nice as the first. Both rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was OK, quite a lot of flies on the fruit which was a bit off-putting.
We arrived during the Lunar New Year celebrations where most Vietnamese go home and the problem was that for 2/3 days the Hotel was empty apart from us and one other couple. The Bar was never open, nor the restaurant and you had to pre-order breakfast which was limited. We did eat in the restaurant a couple of times, we were the only ones there and the food we ate was a takeaway (it was OK), but it all felt a bit sad being in a ghost hotel.
The staff were very friendly and kind, but it lacked atmosphere and made for a very strange experience.
