Pool

Overall our stay at this complex was extremely relaxing apart from the main road that ran along side the back of our group of Bungalows.  The grounds are well kept with plenty of communal grounds for relaxing & sunbathing.  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Bungalows in the Sun

Nice place- good facilities and relaxing atmosphere. However, we had an issue with one of the lifeguards. On Monday and Tuesday this lifeguard harassed my group of friends (all girls) continuously. He sprayed sun cream on people without consent and   kept coming over to our group and other girls talking to them continuously.  He touched one of my friends feet whilst she was sunbathing. He also failed to clean the pool- so walking around the pool constantly was unnecessary. Overall, we loved the place however this lifeguard put us on edge and made a relaxing atmosphere no longer relaxing.

Lovely place, bad lifeguard

Very peaceful , gardens immaculately maintained , Staff very friendly .  Located near a good variety of restaurants. Plenty of sunbeds. We had a lovely week here. Bungalows are comfortable and all are just a few steps from the pool . Short walk to mas pall as beach . Bus located near by to explore .

Relaxing week

We stayed for a week with family , bungalow was lovely and clean ,  surrounding area very pretty and peaceful .
Staff very friendly , helpful and accommodating 
Plenty of sun loungers available , we found the pool area clean and well maintained 
Overall a good experience for all

Pleasant experience

We stayed at the Cordial Biarritz from 30th of May 2024 until 13th of June 2024.  From the first day we had Cockroaches in the bungalow.  We reported this four time despite this we still had dead and alive Cockroaches every day until I demanded to be move on 9th of June.  A customer relation manger meet with us and I wanted to show him where the cockroaches were living in the kitchen, the room we were in was now. being stripped out.   we were offered free breakfast for the remaining three days of our holiday.  On our last day we had cockroaches in the bedroom of the bungalow we were moved to.  We had the same booking for a fortnight in September we were offered a discount for this holiday, but we have cancelled and will never go back there again.  One receptionist actually told us at least some of the Cockroaches were dead.  I have photos of the Cockroaches which I repeatedly showed to staff.  I am not a person who goes out of his way to complain but our holiday was completely ruined  by Cockroaches, and this appears to be a major problem at the Bungalows in Cordial Biarritz
