Pool

This hotel has alot of positives....
The pools, the spa, the rooms and the cleanliness however we probably wouldn't return for a number of reasons.
Although some of the staff were lovely( the lady with blonde hair on reception and the lady who works behind the outside bar near the stage) alot of the staff seemed quite rude and abrupt even with our children. 
The food, the burgers on the pool bar were uncooked which put us off alittle. I don't write this review to put people off because it did have alot of great points but it's just not for us.

Probably wouldn't go back

I have stayed in the Eugenia Victoria Hotel several times. It is clean, the rooms are very spacious, UK tv channels are available. The selection of food is very good and always tastes fresh. My only concern is the comfort of the beds, I find them very uncomfortable.

Bull Eugenia Victoria & Spa Hotel

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the unlimited use of the onsite spa. My partner and I also treated ourself to a spa treatment which was worth every penny. 

Food
The restaurant wasn’t huge however there was outdoor seating which had a dedicated smoking section so you could separate yourself which was nice. There was always a good range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Show cooking featured too which was lovely. At breakfast there was freshly squeezed orange juice too. The snack bar outdoor for lunch was definitely the best part of the holiday - we went here every day. You got table service and could order what you liked off the menu. Steak of the stone was one of our favourites alongside garlic prawns! Honestly brilliant. 

Drinks 
There are two outdoor bars, one with a snack bar serving hot dogs, burgers etc the other was beside the outdoor stage. Both served a range of cocktails, beers and spirits. Staff were more than happy to give you premium spirits if you requested especially and they remembered for when you returned which was a nice touch. 

Pool area 
There was always plenty sunbeds however we often had to put towels on the beds we wanted before breakfast. This wasn’t an issue for us however it was a pain as some people reserved beds for the whole day. The sunbeds are so comfortable as they have cushions on them. Pool area is kept very clean, bins emptied regularly and floors constant being mopped. 

Entertainment 
The hotel had a range of daytime and nighttime entertainment. We had acrobatics, circus show, singers and karaoke. All great fun. 

Location
The hotel was situated about 15minutes away from the beach which was a nice stroll. If you didn’t want to walk to the beach the hotel runs a free shuttle bus service which takes you down to Maspalomas beach. We did this a couple of times and then walked back along to playa del ingles which took around 40mins.

Amazing food! Steak on the stone and garlic prawns were a highlight!🤩

All good with the rooms and the food but i just wanted to speak about the animation team staff since it’s really good but recently the animation team  boss came to the activity and was so disrespectful with damian being extremely rude saying ( esto es una mierda ) and even breaking the papers where damian was writting making the situation uncomfortable for all
of us. I dont know if the manager knows about this but i hope he learns to treat his team correctly. If hes like that in front of us what can we expect him  to be indoors. Feel sorry for him honestly

Terrible animation team boss

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024 with my partner and 2 children aged 4 and 8. The hotel was very clean throughout. We had a room on the 6th floor and the view from our balcony was beautiful, especially at night when the pool and outside area was lit up. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. The outdoor large pool was a very good size and my children loved the children’s pool whilst my youngest also loved the shallow splash area. We always managed to get the sun beds we wanted when we reserved with our towels early morning before going for breakfast. The food in the buffet and the 2 outside bars were lovely. I saw reviews on here before we came on holiday with people stating that the buffet in the evenings was not very accommodating for children but I did not have that issue , my children had a variety to choose from including pasta , meatballs , chips and lasagne. It was really nice that each evening meal at the buffet had different foods on each day, it was never repetitive. All the staff that I spoke to were very pleasant and made us feel welcome , in particular Iris who works at the pool bar who was always very happy to serve us and interacted with my children who still talk about her since returning home. 
The location of this hotel is perfect , supermarkets and bars the minute you walk out of the hotel. Only roughly a 10 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre and a 15 minute walk to the Playa Del Inglés Beach. We used the free bus which took us from the hotel and to Maspalomas Beach. 
The underground spas were amazing and very relaxing. Children are allowed in there 2 hours a day (10am-12pm) 
I just want to thank everybody at this hotel for such an amazing experience and it was such a lovely holiday, it was that good that I’ve booked  to come back again in June 2025 😄
I’ll see you all again next year! I’m counting down the days already.
