Hotel in s nice the food are excellent.
Highly recommend.
Nice  location, close to the beach.
Staff are very friendly and helpful .
Breakfast and diner are well presented, a good choice of wine selection, but not many desserts .

Relaxing

I would rate this has a really good 5star hotel in a 0 star resort, we both loved the hotel and its staff who really couldn’t do enough for you, the chamber maids would make sure your beds were changed daily along with your towels we had flowers but into the room almost daily. The restaurant was good and again the staff always checked to make sure you had everything you wanted, particularly Juan Carlos and Victoria who were just fabulous to us. Even the bar Staff and again particularly Veronica and Rafa who always met you with a smile. 
We ate in the Katagi restaurant three times and the ambiance, view and the food was fabulous, you got Michelin style food at really good prices and again the staff in this independent restaurant were lovely. 
The big down side to this hotel is were it is situated the resort is described has the German version of Magaluf by the locals and believe me they were right…….mostly thanks to a place called the Mega Parc, which never seemed to close and was described has October fest on steroids for the Germans. I was stopped at one point going into a local bar and told your English you’re not welcome here. When speaking to other Brits and some Germans they all said they would never come back due to what’s was happening. ,
Our experience started just one day into our holiday, when a large group of German men took over the pool area and were being given wine bottles and drinks, when asked by the pool life guard to come out they just barrated him along with any one else. There was a large group of French lads whose misogynistic attitude was appalling. We had three German lads banging on our door at two in the morning when we opened the door…..which in hind sight we perhaps should not have done they apologised and move on to the next room and a argument starred. In the lift i had a group of lads fall out when the lift stopped and the door opened one of which was holding a box of beer. 
We spoke with the manger the day after and again she was very apologetic and tried to explain that she had no control over bookings coming into the hotel through the internet, we spoke to the Jet2 rep and again she was not only apologetic but explained that she did not know what was happening in the resort, she did explain that some of the larger group Hotels had tried to come together to try and stop what was happening to what could be a lovely place to visit. 
I feel sorry for the stall of the hotel who only wanted you to come back, but the large groups of lads and girls who met you like a wall if you left the hotel and the volume from the sports bars combined with the smell of drugs and the amount of lucky, lucky men mean I would never set foot back in this resort, plaza de palma

5 star hotel 0 star resort

Had an amazing experience here. The staff went above and beyond to assure we had a great stay. Lu & Jose Luis were exceptional. 
Both breakfast & dinner buffet offer a great variety. 
Keep in mind the pool hours are a bit limited 10 am - 7 pm which was the only downer.   Also hotel guest do not get access to rooftop pool.

Beautiful location

Great stay for my one week holiday!! Everything was above our expectations,  food , staff and the extras ( bike renting(free if all inclusive) , spa , gym etc. ).The hotel is close to the beach 5 min walk and short ride from the airport by bus no. A2 !!!

Exquisite stay in Mallorca!

iberostar llaut is a very nice and quality hotel, everything is of high quality, cleanliness everywhere, the staff are very attentive, kind, smiling and very hardworking. In particular (Chef Pedro and Lucretia and Milagro and Julia and Natali) they are top.. the food is very good and tasty, diversified ... The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. I can tell you that we felt wonderful.. The whole team are special people... We will definitely come back. You are the best...
