Pool

The rooms are spacious and bright, with great view at the sea. Breakfast and dinner on buffet with good variety of food. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has outdoor and inside pool, gym, bicycle for rent. Overall very good experience. Definitely recommend!

Very good experience

This hotel came to our rescue when we were given a terrible room and afforded poor customer service at another hotel. Pablo on reception was so helpful and ensured we were given a lovely room.

The rooms are clean and well appointed and have tea/coffee facilities- a great bonus for us Brits

The hotel is close to the beach and 5 mins walk to the stop for Palma and the airport 

The catering staff at breakfast were able to see on their computer system that it was my husbands birthday and arrived at our table with Prosecco, cake and candle- all unprompted- such a nice touch, thank you

Nice hotel, helpful staff

Very good treatment by all the workers especially Pablo and María Jesús from the reception who welcomed me as if it were my house from the first day, on the other hand in the dining room I want to highlight Jaume and Silvia who always have a very good mood with all the customers making an incredible and quiet dinner.

Great state

Our first time staying at a THB Hotel and we had a great time. There was always staff on hand at the reception all hours of the day. 

The restaurant team was fantastic and catered to our dietary needs.
Thank you again for the chocolate cake and prosecco on our birthday during the visit.

The hotel had a unique keyless room system with a wooden token on a wristband that was creative and made with sustainable materials.

All in all we had an amazing time and will look to book with this brand again. 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you to all the staff.

A couples getaway

Wonderful hotel. Great service and brilliant staff. The half board is incredible value. Rooms are great. Good size. Cute but small balconies. Best beds. So comfortable. Ive never slept so well at a hotel. Beach is down the road. Really clean hotel. Defo would come back.
