Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities for young children. Location can be cloudy and windy. Surrounded areas can be walked to along a nice coastal path for shops and restaurants and black sand beaches. A 25 Euro taxi ride is well worth it for a lovely beach day at Los Cristianos. The hotel rooms are very spacious and the cleaning and maintenance is second to none. The only negative thing for me was the noise in the buffet restaurant it was off the scale and impossible to enjoy a family meal in my opinion.

Great hotel for families with young children

We visited in May as a family of 2 adults & 2 children.   We were all inclusive & it was worth it.  The room was large, clean & cool for when shade from the sun or an afternoon rest.  The buffet was great with a good choice for gluten free.  We recommend booking the restaurant dates as soon as you arrive.  We are in the Japanese & Steak restaurants.  Big portion sizes!   The kids loved the 3 pools (one was closed for repair which we did not know before we arrived, as not booked through an agent or package deal).   Our 4 year old liked the kids club & when trying gif the first time, a parent can stay, watch or they will call you if your child has a wobble.  Lots of different activities, arts & crafts, magic show, bouncy castle, biscuit making, lots of snacks & drinks.  The evening entertainment was fantastic.  We booked & went to 2 shows as a family, which were impressive.  Little children disco was fun for younger kids.   Singers near the bars upstairs were good.  Eating meals at the outside terraces recommended but often queue but worth a wait.  Lots of fruit, veg, freshly cooked meat if you wait & Childrens options.  Freshly made coffee also.  We would recommend this hotel, particularly with children under say 12.  Our 9 year old son played in the football court every day!  There are 2 schedules for older & younger kids.  A teen area inside & a toddler room plus baby feeding area.  The music & light show every night at the castle is great for kids also.   The kids club team were really god with our youngest.  High fives & remembering her name & helping her settle.  Adult activities also available, adults only area/pool, gym & exercise sessions.  Aqua size in the pool was great & yoga & Pilates.  If you visit in the summer, when most busy, best to get a pool spot early & also book sessions on their app (which is sometimes down).  There’s a pleasant walk by the sea just outside the hotel.

Great family friendly hotel, pools, kids club & football court

As someone who always reads reviews before a holiday I felt I should review this hotel to help others especially as it has some negative reviews! Basically ignore the negative reviews it truly is a wonderful hotel. We came as a family with a 4yr old and 6month old. Hotel is spotless- the cleaners work so hard day in day out to keep everywhere clean. Room is large, clean and spacious. Cleaners come in every day and sheets cleaned half way through the week. Baby station with microwave on every floor. Pools are brilliant- we were told Drago pool would be closed but was open our whole holiday which was great. You get your towels at the hotel pool side and can get dry fresh ones everyday. Our daughter had water shoes on the whole time so never worried about being too slippery. Kids club was so welcoming and even though we weren’t able to go in we could watch through the glass window (which we did) to make sure she was happy. So many fun activities for them to do. Buffet was the typical all inclusive buffet with a selection for everyone. Definitely book the a la carte restaurants as these were really nice especially the Italian as my daughter loved making her own pizza. We prebooked all our meals and shows 10days before on the app which I definitely suggest doing. Shows were great- toy circus was better than the newer show in our opinion. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel for families with young children as something to entertain all the time- if you like venturing outside a hotel on holiday then probably would choose elsewhere as not much around. Had a great holiday and my daughter especially did not want to leave!

Excellent, clean family hotel!

What an amazing atmosphere as soon as you walk through the doors.
This was our second time visiting, the first was 5 years ago as a couple around end of November time. We thought so much of it that this year we wanted to head back so that our toddler would enjoy the wonderful hotel. Of course she did! 
Couldn’t put a single fault in place, everything was completed and super speedy even at the busiest of times.
Would recommend the food  highly, with in the restaurant there were so many choices catering to all types or guests and any allergies would definitely be taken care off. Always a fabulous selection of food to choose from and always displayed so beautifully.
The pool bar had a takeaway or dine in section which is cool and fun for the kids as they can order what they like such as burgers, chips/ wedges, wraps , chicken nuggets or wings and so much more as well as a selection of salad, fruits and yummy cakes. Free access to ice cream tubs.
Help yourself drinks throughout the resort but also bars too.
The rooms and hotel grounds were kept impeccably clean at all times. 
The pools were so much fun , my toddler loved the slides and the foam parties which we had an incredible photo shoot. 
Only a short trip from the airport or Siam park / shops, can have a stroll along the sea and few shops/ bars outside the hotel, shop on the ground has a large section of items.
Lastly the entertainment was phenomenal, such hard work was put in to each and every show, every member of staff was so accommodating and friendly -  Well done to you all and a big thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We hope to come back soon.

Phenomenal stay - great facilities.

A memorable family holiday in a great family hotel. The dining room offered plenty of variety for all tastes.
The hotel was clean throughout and all staff were friendly and attentive. Couple of slight hiccups with the room set up but these were resolved immediately. The Junior Suites were spacious and modern and bright.
The kids loved it which is why we chose the hotel.
