Pool

I have just returned from an 11 nights holiday with all the family. We had a superior room at the end with a large balcony with sunbeds.
I will start with the positives. 
Entertainment staff were great, friendly, engaging and fun.
The staff in the pool bar lovely and friendly.  
Rooms modern and cleaned daily.
Negatives 
Our room as burgled. We had all our money stolen. Euros and English money. 2 pair of new Nike trainers and a Hugo boss man bag. 
When we reported to management upon our return the manger checked the sliding window and the lock had been tampered with.  We had never used the window so it was either allready broken or broken from inside during our stay.
Previous to this somebody had entered our room for 4 evenings  tidying  our towels which was strange after 7 pm .
We reported to the police who have been out to the hotel.
We have had no support from Hotel staff.
Please do not leave any valuables around as they are not safe.
The superior rooms are not safe as they can be entered via steps and the gate to the street is kept unlocked.

Will not be returning

A bit dated, needs refurbishment of bedrooms & bathrooms. Food was good,well presented with lots of choice with themed evenings for food. but not kept very warm, despite being kept on hot plates. Spirits seemed to be weak in taste. San Miguel on tap. Well placed for families as at the quieter end of the resort.

Rooms for improvement!!!

We have just got back from an 11night stay as a family, we stayed in March last year and loved it so re booked for this year and it has gone down hill we won’t be returning..

The bar and entertainment staff were amazing couldn’t fault them!! 
But there are lots of negatives.
•You have to que up every morning and then run for your sunbeds 
•There is a very strong sewage smell near the bar/stage area with it over flowing out of the drains over the floor it makes you heave it’s that bad!
•The food is boring very repetitive  
•I cut the bottom of my foot on a broken tile in the baby pool and nothing got done about it so we had to make sure the toddlers had shoes on when using it 
•The rooms were cleaned to a poor standard 
Dirty wet towels were hung back up and rarely changed, the bedding wasn’t changed often at all dirt bedding was left on and just tided up 
The floors where never swept the time we was there 

Rooms being broken into.
A family members room got broken into and they had money clothes shoes stolen and the hotel staff couldn’t have shown less empathy… 
A male cleaner knocked on their door at 7pm to change towels that had been changed during the day and later that night they got robbed… seems a little strange to me as none of our rooms had cleaners going in during the evening.
Also after speaking to other people they wasn’t the only ones, as people had their safes broken into and other things go missing but the hotel are denying these complaints.. 
we won’t be staying again and I wouldn’t recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend

Just come back from a 10 night stay, the hotel was nice (although in need of repairs, ie; electricals coming off the wall, drainage in shower was very poor & flooded the bathroom several times & tiles loose & cracked near the entrance to the balcony).  Food great & lots of choice & the hotel location was amazing.  Paid for roof top solarium a couple of times (to get away from the chaos around the pool area), not really worth the amount they charge as its a first come first service if you want a large sunbed & the choice of AI drinks was poor, unless you like beer or cava. Also there is a big issue with safety getting up & down the area where the jacuzzi is, there really should be a hand rail as some of us are not very stable on our feet & need a little help getting up the stairs & also into the jacuzzi.  The biggest issue is the pool area, an absolute nightmare to get a sunbed, people queuing from 8am to get the best spot, it was like a war zone.  Never seen anything like it in my life & we have been coming to Tenerife for years

Great Location but not the best hotel

Good service! Very nice staff. Food was good. Only the people did not care about the dress code at the restaurant. Lots of English (drunk) people. Pool was open from 9am - 7pm. One Elevator did not work for days, so we had to wait a long time. Location was perfect.
