Pool

Very good and big pool. Nice food in the restaurant and very clean. Rooms are very clean and spacious 

Hotel

If you're English, don't bother coming here. The staff are rude and clearly have a problem with Brits. 

Food is horrific. 

Cleaners don't clean, shout at you for asking if they can clean a room.

Reception tut and clearly don't like to deal with English people. 

Full board means three meals, no drinks included. 

I chose this hotel based on reviews but from seeing staff walking around getting people to write reviews and making sure they gave 5 stars, it's no wonder.

Brits beware

This place is absolutely spotless, cleaner's work hard every day and are do friendly. Food was fresh & lots of options, as a fussy eater i could always find something. We were half board so could choose lunch or dinner which suited us perfectly, staff in the restaurant were amazing with my little girl who was only 2. Pool side snacks were good too. 

Overall we had a great holiday at this hotel, however our last day was an absolute shambles and we were left feeling very disappointed & upset. At check in we asked if we needed to book an extra night or could we pay extra for late check out... We were told we can have a late check out no problem, when checking out i asked about this just to confirm to be told no there were no rooms available that the hotel was fully booked ( Lies... There were rooms on booking.com) she told me not to worry that we could have a courtesy room for 1 hour before we leave. When later after a day at the pool with a small child and roasting weather we asked for the "courtesy room" we were very rudely told there was none available and we should have booked them a day before & even had the audacity to apologise for the staff member in the morning telling us we would have it. The two men who i spoke with had zero cares that we had a baby who needed cleaned before our journey home. They basically told us to go get washed in the public toilets which i find disgusting. As much as we loved our holiday and stay at gala we will not return due to the way we were made feel on our last day. Customer service was absolutely appalling!! I tried to complain to the hotel but couldn't find anywhere to complain on the hotels website. A bitter end to a first holiday with my little girl. 

Overall great holiday (Reception staff lost my 5 stars for service)

Very bad hotel, the room was dirty and in need of renovation. The food and the staff in the dining hall was terrible. Very close to victorias party places so the music was loud in our room. We changed rooms two times. The first smelled like ash tray, the second had a lot of tiny bugs when we arrived and we could not sleeep do to the loud music and the third was dirty and needed renovation.

Wouldn’t be back!!
Food in the restaurant was absolutely terrible! Mostly fish dishes nearly every night with not much choice and restaurant staff couldn’t cope with how many people were in the restaurant at the same time. The cleanliness of the room was quite bad! Hairs, dust and a lot of just dust all over the room, we turned on the air on to find loads of hairs stuck in it (air-con was absolutely terrible!.)
Full hotel needed a good paint, lots of cracks in the walls everywhere especially in the rooms. Was a race for the sun beds in the mornings, we woke up at around 8 on our first morning to look out and not one sun-bed was free!! Staff weren’t friendly at all, expect one or two older men.
But the hotel did have its perks! Pool was very clean and big enough for a lot of people to be in at the same time. There was a lot of storage in the rooms e.g wardrobes with a lot of coat hangers, safe and a little fridge(you had to pay for the safe). Very very close to the strip! Was literally like a 2 minute walk away! Around the pool it had 2 bars/snack areas which were pretty good! Spa was amazing, very chill but can get extremely busy!

Will not be back!
