Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Construction day and night. No air con not even in gym. No kids entertainment bar the slides which open late and close early. The gym is so warm its dangerous. Food is so bad in hotel and the room is so small I can't get used to it at all. The facilities in kitchen aren't bad but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Had such high hopes and I am bitterly disappointed. Reception staff offered to move our room for us. We packed our bags to move and then they said sorry we can't move you, sorry about the noise. Haven't slept in days. My kids are so cranky because there is construction morning noon and night.

Amazing hotel in a lovely location. There was construction work at the time of our visit which we already knew about but we barely noticed and it didnt start too early or go on late unless you want to stay in bed half the day! Everything was kept clean and tidy.
We had a villa and an apartment and both were really well equipped, modern and fresh. We didnt have aircon but there were fans and they were plenty to keep us cool and comfortable. The staff were mostly super friendly and attentive and the cleaners did a fantastic job in our rooms. The towels were lovely and fluffy, the beds were comfy and the showers were really good and powerful. The breakfast was nice with a good selection and no sloppy scrambled eggs! Check in and check out was efficient and there is a room to book for a shower after check out if you are flying later. We had a lovely time and will definitely look to book again.

Fab location!

Couldn't recomend Parque Santiago 3 any more such a lovely hotel ideal location we come back every year! Christina at reception was very helpful and sorted our room quickly and friendly service. Clean rooms and beautiful grounds.  Has lovely big pool areas with a childrens waterslides available to use too. Beautiful gardens.

I'll start with a few good points before explaining why I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location: it is right in the middle of the heart of the tourist hotspot of the island, everything you need is on the doorstep.

Pool size: the main pool is huge so more than enough room for everyone however there are issues with it that I will mention later.

Housekeeping: what a wonderful and friendly team that do a bang-up job!

Now the downsides of my particular stay:

The room was so outdated it's not even funny. Pink bathroom, old curtains, a kitchen that is past its best...it didn't even have a microwave or electric kettle (an issue in my sister's room as she had a challenge warming up the baby bottles). Everything was old and a bit grubby beyond what the housekeeping could fix.

Our room was on the side of the hotel that is over the bars on the street. The loud music didn't stop until 1 am....not good if you like to go to sleep around midnight.

We requested and were told we had gotten an accessible room...we did not. It was on the second floor which meant my father, who can not use stairs had to walk the long way around the hotel to reach the pool and facilities as the quick routes were all down large staircases. The shower in our room was only accessible via a 2.5-foot step up into the bathtub, he could not do that, thankfully he was able to shower in my sister's room which had a walk-in shower.

The beds were awful. The pullout sofa bed in particular was horrid. After returning from my trip I have booked a chiropractor appointment as my back is in bits. The ceiling fan is next to useless and with no aircon, we all struggled to sleep for all ten days.

The pool: who the heck thought a saltwater pool was a good idea? It wrecked my skin and it was burning a few people's eyes. The lifeguards are moody and rude as well as inconsistent, my niece is 1 year old, and for 9 days of the holiday it was fine for her to be in the big pool with us on her float but then suddenly on the last day, it wasn't?!

Adults only: there is a sizeable adults-only section with a large hot tub/whirlpool which was lovely however; there was a lot of construction work in the hotel, most of which was right by the adults-only bit which did not contribute to a relaxing time. In addition, the generators kicked in under the gym house every 15 minutes, adding to the din. This is all on top of some parents being entitled and thinking that their 7 to 10-year-olds are okay to be in that section because 'it is only one kid and he's well behaved'

Restaurants and cafes: the food is nice and well-priced but the service is slow and poor. Despite the beautiful surroundings of the beachside restaurant it's ruined by the poor and unfriendly service. The staff at the poolside bar are miserable and the poor service just carries on to the other outlets.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid, it is not worth the amount of money you pay.

First time at Parque Santiago 3. We were here for 7 nights. The Apartments are in a great location for restaurants, beach and shops. The pool area was spotless, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The pools are brilliant. Great to cool down in when the sun is too hot. The gardens round the pool are beautiful and well kept. The housekeepers are fantastic, room attended to nearly everyday, left clean and tidy. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. If check out is early and you are not getting taken to the airport until later there is a room to keep your case in and a offer to book a slot to have a shower to freshen up before making the homeward journey. 
There was construction working going on with at times could be loud but didn’t start too early and finished before 6pm. But they will not be there forever. There is no air con in the room but you can hire a fan. The decor is a bit dated but who is staying in their room for long periods of time when on holiday. I Have recommended PARQUE SANTIAGO to family and friends.
