Absolutely love our stay at the hard rock hotel , facilities and rooms are top notch - food was a let down in the Hotel but that didn’t ruin our holiday 😁👍🏻

Really Good Experience

The team spirit is very good the staff there is excellent everyone was very nice the food is brilliant but you do need to get down early because it runs out around half ten the maids are very quick with your room and they make it very tidy the pools are very good the main pool is better because it is bigger gianni was a very nice

One of favourite holidays

This is a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the service from the hotel staff did not match the beautiful surroundings. The adult only pool was where we had the worst experience with staff as we were made to feel an inconvenience as they laughed and joked amongst themselves. Also the reception staff looked miserable. In the end we decided to spend most of our time outside the hotel. A lot of people we spoke to enjoyed their stay. So maybe we were unfortunate in our experience 

Hard rock visit

Most amazing holiday from start to finish, cannot recommend the hard rock hotel enough, the staff are a credit especially Arantxa who looked after us so well and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Can’t wait to come back and we only got home yesterday. Also would recommend anyone who’s looking to go here to book rock royalty level

Home from the most amazing holiday

We have booked a two weeks stay and are currently staying here until Thursday.

It is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it ticks all the boxes for us. Happy to share the below (very positive!) review of the hotel.

- Rooms: The rooms are very modern, clean and have all the facilities that one can need. We are staying in the rock royalty room 11503 (rock royalty suite) which we would highly recommend: two bathrooms, huge balcony, and amazing sea view.
- Reception: As we are staying stayed rock royalty, we had a separate reception for the check in and any questions or help we needed. We received a glass of cava when we arrived and they immediately took care of everything. It was a nice touch to our stay to check in with a more relaxed atmosphere. The staff at the rock royalty reception was amazing and very helpful. We did also go to the main reception for some smaller practical questions and also there, everyone was always very kind and ready to help with anything.
- Swimming pools: The swimming pools are stunning and there is always music playing in the pool areas. Never had any issues to get a sunbed, although we never got there in the mornings (rather around noon). 
- Drinks and bars: With the all inclusive, you can enjoy all classic cocktails (would definitely recommend the pina colada!) and a broad variety of other drinks (cava, wine, gins etc.). Some more non-classic cocktails are not included in the all inclusive but this did not really bother us as we prefer the classic ones and if you want a special one, it is only an extra 5/6 euro or so with the all inclusive. Although it can get really busy at the bars (especially in the evening), the bar staff works really hard to get everyone’s drinks as fast as they can. I would especially like to thank Javier and Awa for their amazing service, kindness and hard work - they made the bar service excellent. 
- Rock royalty lounge: The rock royalty lounge and breakfast is great to have a drink or breakfast in a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Special thanks goes out to Maria who was amazing!
- Buffet and restaurants: The buffet is very diverse and has loads of choice. Unlike many all inclusive hotels, the quality of the food was actually really good. We would especially like to thank Valentina, Pablo and Maikel for their great service there and their kindness; there were incredibly (!) fast to immediately get everyone’s drinks orders and clean the tables, which is challenging given the amount of people and tables they were serving. We also did the à la carte restaurants (the Italian, Asian, steakhouse (not AI) , beach club and Le Petit Chef (not AI) which were also great. I would recommend doing them at least once during your stay if you have enough days, but also not too much as the buffet is also really good. Many thanks to the super enthusiastic and good waiter from Le Petit Chef!
- Entertainment: There is a rock band performing every evening at the bar area. We especially loved Al Cafone, Dynamos and Gilberto Musica - great bands!

This wonderful hotel in Tenerife is the best option where to spend the most fun and entertaining holidays. The airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive away. Guests can choose between chilling out in the spa, sculpting their body in the gym or sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. It is possible to do meetings, conferences and other private events in the property and host up to 700 people. The hotel provides exceptional dining and entertainment facilities, clubs for children and adolescents and an amazing Beach Club. The modern and stylish rooms are well equipped with all the needed amenities to have the most pleasant and unforgettable stay.
