Paying your balance

The balance of the cost of your holiday arrangements is due by the balance due date as notified to you and as stated on your booking confirmation.

Balances are normally due ten weeks before departure but may be sooner for a River Cruise booking, please check your confirmation.

You can pay your balance:

  • online by logging into My Booking
  • by telephoning our team on 0333 0030522

If the deposit or balance is not received by us in full by the applicable due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you in which case we shall retain your deposit.
