What if I am unhappy with my hotel?

If you are experiencing issues at your hotel, we would first recommend speaking to your hotel's manager or reception team as they should be able to quickly resolve any issue. Please note that, if you don't follow this step, it will be more difficult for our team to help you further.

For major issues, like considerable noise disturbances caused by on-site building works or the closure of a main facility at your hotel, please contact our in Resort Representative. Their contact details can be found on your final booking details documentation, which would have been sent to you before your departure. If you cannot find these, please contact our team who will be able to help you further.
